Can we offer the Magic any 2 of Noah/Deng/Boozer for Howard and Arenas/Turko and then just Amnesty the latter?

If Howard's magic would've finished w/ a better record than Rose's Bulls, he would've won it. But he didn't. In fact, no team did.

Dwight Howard NBA & ABA Statistics | Basketball-Reference.com

Dwight deserved MVP last year as well IMO he put up crazy stats 23 pts and 14 rebs and a few blocks along with a defensive player of the year type defense he defiantly deserved it his defense IMO is what put him over Rose he was the best player at both ends of the court last year. If I had a vote it would of been Dwight. Derrick played great but Dwight was better IMO.

yeah, so Howard shouldn't have won it.

We finished with a better record, we had a winning record against teams above .500, they didn't. Noah and Boozer combined for like 50 missed games.. and we were still winning.

Rose was clearly the MVP last season imo. this guys says Howard SHOULD have won it? Pfff.. **** him. :hitler:

We should burn his house down :shifty:

If the Bulls weren't 62-20 and if Boozer and Noah hadn't missed half the season and if Orlando had a better record then the Bulls then maybe I would have given the MVP to Howard.

But back on Planet Earth, Rose is the MVP.

MVP isn't about stats.

It's about stats + wins + how valuable you are to your team.

Rose put up sick stats... which led to 10 more wins than howards team and he won games without Boozer and Noah... so he was very valuable to the Bulls.

Not saying Howard didn't deserve to be mentioned, but Rose was the obvious choice imo.. and he won it.

People are just jealous I guess.. :elephant:

but to go back on topic.. I don't think the Magic trade him here.

For reasons mentioned in the article. They wouldn't want Boozers contract and they just wouldn't want to trade him to the Bulls.

Sure. we could offer Noah + Deng for Howard and Turk's contract and the Magic would consider it... but I don't see the Bulls wanting to swap Deng for Turk.

I also see the Bulls being hesitant to trade Deng.

Just don't see it happening imo

If the Bulls can keep Deng and bring in Howard, I'm all for it.

I just don't see the Magic trading Howard to a Eastern Conference opponent.

I wish it would happen, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.

Chris Broussard on ESPN right now says the Lakers want to trade for both Dwight Howard and Chris Paul.

Forgot to say it was the Lakers. My badge.

it's too late.

bbaker is probably running around telling everyone the Bulls are trying to trade for CP and DH.

then those people are going to run and tell everyone they know.

By tmrw... you'll have a lot of explaining to do.

I still think Orlando will try to persuade Howard to stay and test his loyalty. They'll listen to offers to see if they can reel in any good players to compliment Dwight.

I would make the trade if it was for Boozer and Noah...but not Deng.
I would keep Deng, Start Gibson to replace Boozer and we still have a filled lineup except for 2 guard which we wouldn't need as much because We will have Dwight and Dengs 18 a game to ease Rose's pressures...
Deng
Gibson
Howard
Brewer
Rose.
Not too shabby.
