We've all seen penalties for WRs or TEs lined up on/off the line of scrimmage incorrectly. It messes up who's eligible & not. Also tackles reporting as eligible.
Is there a rule or interpretation that makes it okay for lineman to be 1, even 2 whole yards behind the LOS before a pass play?
These dudes are waaay off the ball & it happens all the time. Basically everyone but the center is in the slot? The left TE is in the slot and LT is eligible here?
Or is this like a lane violation on free throws in the NBA?
