Sportrac has not updated yet but it has Detroit sitting with a good chunk of money next year. Seems from that that they are fine.

It really helps that their rookie classes are pretty good the past couple years.

I'd like to thank the Detroit Lions for signing another game manager to a long term deal thus assuring they'll never make it to a Super Bowl. This is like the Vikings and Kirk Cousins and the Cowboys and Dak Prescott.

Yeah they have a couple whale contracts on their roster. Its gonna take a reel cap sturgeon to fix these contracts in a couple years.
