If anyone knows of someone looking to unload a beater with a plow, I am looking.
Doesn't need to even be street legal, it would never leave the property.

I would also be interested in a 40hp or more tractor with a bucket and a mid mount mower attachment...maybe I would consider rear mounted.

Bottom line is I have a line on a well priced cub cadet, but if I go that route for a mower I would need a plow and I don't want one on my truck, hence the need for a beater.

A tractor that took care of both of my needs would be preferred, but much harder to find.

I have an Allis Chalmers 5020 4wd with a bucket and three point hitch. It also cames with a 60 inch rear mowing deck.
23 OR 24 horse to the rear pto. Beautiful tractor, i also have a 5 foot rear bulldog rototiller for it . Its diesel
Why do you need or think you need 40 horse? I also have a International Harvestor , 656. 6 cylinder 56 horsepower. comes with front bucket but no mowing attachment . Buy both i'll let you have it for $ 10,000.00 deal of the century right there

I just picked up 11.5 acres- gotta plowe the drive which is over 500' as it stands and will get larger when I add a pole barn, and it has a couple decent slopes.
Much of it is gravel soni will have to drag it as well.

Some of the area is marshy when the stream that bisects it fills up, so bigger tires are a must.
I have a crap ton of downed trees to chop and haul, and a ton of younger growth to clear and move around some really nice oaks and walnuts that are getting crowded.

Moving hay, compost, rocks and shit.

But- most important, the lady put the baseline at 40. What she wants, she gets.

Got pics of what you are selling?
We were looking for Kubota and deer, because that is the closest service centers for us, but for the right deal we may expand to other makes.

That green paint you're going to pay for . If i was you i would look into auctions. There are always equipment auctions all over in my neck of the woods. Auctions are awesome and a great way to find bargains. I bought my IH 656 at an auction about 40 miles from home and i drove it all the way back to my place. That why i bought the 656 was to have an anchor point because i had big oaks by the house i wasnt comfortable dropping my trees without a tractor with some ass. All my trees i wanted to fell are done. , i do use the 656 now for just hauling water barrels to the south end of my proper for watering my garden and chasing the dog around and gathering firewood. But like i said , auctions might be you're best bet . John deere parts are expensive. Almost every farmer has a international Harvestor tractor. IH parts are cheap, equipment will last forever. Remember tractors were made to be able to fix in the field when they brake down. Love the red or orange paint, green is to costly.

I have a small plot of land in my village. I am thinking about planting sports grass there. Friends recommended a good site with different types of grass. Who can tell what is the difference between sports and ordinary grass? Now I bought a shovel https://mygardenzone.com/best-permeable-paver/ to dig out the roots of all the trees. I think it will take a couple of days.

Thanks but wife will retire in June. May need to keep it as we start on the new house. More to life than politics.
