LeBron is back in Cleveland for more than PR reasons. He's back for basketball reasons, too. Cleveland was, by far, the best destination to go to in order to win more championships in the long foreseeable future.
However, if Love actually does leave Cleveland, then that Wiggins/Bennett trade was an absolute terrible decision. Combine Irving-Wiggins-LeBron with Waiters off of the bench and that is an absolutely terrifying perimeter offensively... especially on the break. Bennett is going to develop into a very good player from what I can tell. And it also would've freed up extra money to go after a veteran center.
It is very possible that the Cavs could have had a lineup of:
Marc Gasol.
Tristan Thompson. Anthony Bennett.
LeBron James.
Andrew Wiggins. Dion Waiters.
Kyrie Irving.
Unstoppable.
