We could give Love his option, as Rodgers dead cap becomes manageable after the 23' season. Or we could extend him to a similar deal to the option, or we could give him a long term extension, which would be likely if we are sold on him as our starter, regardless of if he starts 23' for us or not. Loves option or second contract will start in 24', right after Rodgers dead cap is no longer nearly as cumbersome.

Again, it was ALWAYS the plan to move on to Love after 23'. Rodgers dead cap hit wont affect that, because Rodgers dead cap hit is only insurmountable until the 24' offseason.

No, im talking about a restructure to make Rodgers cap hit manageable to trade him or cut him. He has no reason not to accept that unless he wants to sit behind Love for the 23' season.
Good luck with that.

Restructuring does nothing other than kicking the can down the road. The Packers’ can’t afford to restructure Rodgers’ contract if they plan to move on from him after next season.

What team wants to trade for a broken down Aaron Rodgers now without the Packers eating all that salary and cap space? You don’t think teams noticed what just happened in Denver? Best case scenario is Rodgers retires but that still blows up the Packers’ cap situation when Love will need a lot of support.

What are you not understanding? Rodgers cap hit is manageable after 23'. The worst case scenario is that we have a huge amount of dead cap riding the bench behind Love for the 23' season.

Its likely that Rodgers would restructure to facilitate a trade, rather then sit behind Love for the 23' season, but regardless, his cap hit is manageable after 23'. We just have to keep him on the roster until then. (Barring a restructure and trade)

Getting ready for our late playoff push led by our new HOF QB, how is your team doing?
Imagine losing 7 out of 8 games and coming out of the woodwork to say this on a rival board.

Both LaFraud and Rodgers said he’s playing this week and this beat off thinks Love is playing.

Such a dicklicker.

Good luck with what? Rodgers is at our mercy here. He either sits behind Love for the 23' season, or he restructures to facilitate a trade. Regardless, that doesn't inhibit us at all past 23'.

Even if he refused to restructure for a trade, all that will do is cause us to have a lot of dead cap riding the bench for 23'. After that, his dead cap hit becomes manageable, and we are right back to what we planned on, getting rid of Rodgers after 23'.

There is nothing stopping us from affording Loves option or an extension as it would only come into affect after Rodgers dead cap hit was no longer encumbersome. Extending Love after 23' has been the plan from the beginning.

Then why do you want Love?
Love is a high ceiling, low floor, boom or bust QB prospect, with elite arm talent. Where in the **** are you getting that he would only be 'adequate'? Its literally always been his projection that he will either be great or a bust lol.

This is the point, you are criticizing a player, but obviously dont know anything about him as a player or a prospect lol.

This dumb **** is the most delusional poster we've had at CCS. Lol.

We need to get him talking about what he thinks of American women. It's pure gold.

You cant prove anything i said wrong, so instead you just call me delusional? That is really weak.

Yes, I like Asian women better then American women. They typically havent been plowed out by 20+ guys by age 21 lol. I know, I know, silly me, right?

Most Asian women want to live in their own country lol. You are barking up the wrong tree my guy.

Not to mention, you know Asian women from Asian countries typically worship white skin, right? I have dirty cam sessions on Line with Thai women I meet off of Thai friendly all the time. They really really dig the white skin. I talk to two Filipina women who want me to move to the Phillipines and marry them lol.
