If you're referring to George Pickens, both he and Boutte shared the same wide receiver coach I don't know if that is the reason why the Bears passed on him, but I know that other teams said they took him off their boards for that reason. Poles has said that character is extremely important in their evaluation, so who knows how they feel about Boutte
