Made a couple changes to the forum. I removed the stadium screenshots from the main forum page so I could add descriptions. These descriptions are going to show up high in google search engines and fans will be able to find us more easily. We already showed up high WITHOUT these.

Can't wait to see the products of this change. :beer:

I'm not sure. It's been a few years since I worked with HTML, but couldn't you have left the images in and just used an "alt" tag for the description? The description would show up as text when you roll your mouse / cursor over the image. The search engine spiders would still pick up the descriptions on the web page (giving you higher rankings because of relevant word count) and you could keep the pretty pictures as well.

I like the idea Rush, to me when I was just checking out this forum a view minutes ago and I read some of the descriptions and it seemed a bit good overall a quality description and based on what the forum is about. Nice job, I do believe its gonna help out the site a lot.

I wanted to replicate what InsideHoops was doing and they show up ridiculously high for team forums.

I'd must say this forum is absolutely a wonderful forum with just only Chicago sports, but having to do tons of work to get it active, you have all mostly have to do shit for that to keep this forum goin'. I just don't like the fact that how come this site is just Chicago sports but not an all sports forum.
