Good. I hope the family got what it wanted. Like I said, I have Progressive, and I do not think what they did was right. I know my monies are going into this "evil big business", but any insurance agency doesn't want to loose money.



I am glad the interwebs are working like this. Twitter and facebook are good tools for the consumer. And bad news for shitty deeds done by business.
