As much as people may shit on this part of the season I find this time to be a lot of fun. Bears added some new pieces in FA, had a great draft.... it’s fun to be optimistic about this team. I really like some of the personalities on this team, much more so than in the last 5 years.
Maybe I’m over optimistic and hopeful the bears get a wildcard playoff berth. So fucking what. I’d rather be optimistic and ‘wrong’ if the team shits the bed than be negative now.
I’ll save my negativity for the regular season if the bears end up 5-10. Fuck this wait and see mentality. Super bowl. Super bears.

When I hear Mitch talk about White, it sounds like damning with faint praise a lot of the time. He's always saying how White works so hard and stays after and shit. But when Mitch talks about other receivers, he talks about how awesome they are on the field. He talks about White like he is still a rookie working to learn the game. If you want to contrast, look at statements he has made about Burton or Gabriel.
