This is the only one so far that feels like a guy jumping ship. I'm not sure of his contract situation, but this was a Nagy guy who has coached with Desai for 3 years. Monachino was a guy specifically brought in by Pagano, so who cares. Rodgers wasn't under contract anymore, and it sounds like he may have had a promotion because the Chargers announced they were keeping their DL coach today. The 2 offensive coaches lost both got promotions as well.
