He’s a douche. Don’t care about what he has to say. Helped his brother play the Bears just to get more in Seattle. Then quit on the team at the end of the game vs the Broncos in 2015. **** that guy and don’t give a flying **** what he has to say.

there's a Bennett pre-Bears (I would argue he was good here), a Bennett during Bears (trending toward douche here), and a Bennett post-Bears (biggest douchebag in existence)
they let Marshall go because of "character issues" or something but keep this clown. that's the part I'll never understand.

Marshall's "character issue" was that he wouldn't stop doing Inside the NFL, on his off days. They asked him to stop twice, and he said no both times. The second time was a face to face request from Chicken George and Sweaty Teddy. They were not happy that a player told them no to their faces.
If you'll recall, that was when the Bears were just about to hire Pace. His first task, given to him by those two: get BM off the team! Second was he was forced to hire John Fox, as a favor to the clown they brought in to help "search" for a coach.
This team's ownership, is a fucking clown show.

Well, everything you say is true... but... there is that story about Brandon Marshall getting angry Alshon Jeffery had a break-out game against the Vikings. And Lance Briggs didn't have a very high opinion of him either. So I think there's probably more to this "character" story than we know. Many of the greatest wide-receivers have some ego problems, and there are plenty of great players with some issues. Jerry Rice, perhaps the greatest receiver of all time, got pissed that in one of his last games (which was against the Bears), it was Terrell Owens who had like 21 catches.
So you have to ask yourself, would you rather have boy scouts and lose or would you rather have some problem children who win? Organizations which succeed learn how to manage some of the BS.
Martellus has been matching up against (fantastic) defensive ends probably since he could play and had to line up against his brother whom, regardless of what you say about him, was a monster on the field. What he says about linebackers eating with forks is stupid, but what he says about having some bitches on the team is not. You need some dawgs on your team man. Just don't be stupid enough to grab and twist his facemask in practice and don't expect to get body-slammed. First-round draft choice CB was in the wrong.
