Has anybody ever tried this? I’ve signed up for this site recently, and I have gone on 4 “dates” so far. The first girl was a nurse, and we were to meet for lunch at a Thai restaurant in Chicago around lunch time, but I was over an hour late. She was so pissed, and the entire meal was extremely awkward. I never saw her agayn, but she did drunk call me recently.

The 2nd match.com date was with a girl that I guess thought I was a serial killer or something. She kept on asking if I was gonna kill her when we met,
LOL. Suffice it to say, I did not kill her or wear her skin. We got breakfast at a restaurant in North Riverside, and that was it.

The 3rd girl I got quite infatuated with via internet. It seemed we really connected. We talked on the phone and through text for aboot 2 weeks before we actually met. I recommend you guys never do this, as it builds up the person into something they can never actually match. I finally met her up at a place in Downers Grove, but the picture I had of her inside my head did not match with the person I was meeting.

Girl #4 I met at a bar/restaurant in Orland Park recently. She was an actuary, and obviously much smarter than me. I actually had a good time with her, but I have cut off all contact with her for some reason. I’m not sure if it’s because she’s so much smarter than me or what.

I’ll be sure to keep you guys updated on eventual date #5.

I am on Match, Tinder and Bumble. Like anything else hit or miss. Last chick I dated from Match was an army chick and we dated for almost a year. Then she moved and now I am in the Bahamas so went from monogamous to friends with benefits.

All in all can't complain.

Well I used match mainly. Hit it off with a few women. Dated a hot Asian and a pretty hot German for a time. Both turned out to be off in the head.

My profile is set to private now, but I go back periodically. I enjoy the thrill of the chase but I get bored easily. Worth a try, but women on Match tend to want long term.
