A. Eligibility: The In-Store Game is open only to residents of the Territory. The Online Pre-Promotion Sweepstakes (as set forth in Rule 4A), is open only to residents of the US and Canada who must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older on the day of registration; the Online Game (including the $1 Million Roll Sweepstakes and Community Chest Sweepstakes as set forth in Rules 6A(i) and 6A(ii), respectively) is open only to residents of the US who are thirteen (13) years of age or older on the day of registration. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Game: (a) any person who on or after April 1, 2010 was or is a McDonald's restaurant franchise owner or employee, or a director, officer, employee, agent, or independent contractor of: Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliated companies or service agencies; and any entities retained by Sponsor for the administration of the Game; (b) employees, directors, or officers of Sponsor, a McDonald's restaurant, franchise restaurant, or individuals who are engaged in the development, production or distribution of Game Materials; (c) officers of any Prize Provider (see Rule 14); and (d) persons who are immediate family members (defined as spouse, IRS dependent, or biological, adoptive or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son) of, or who reside in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories. However, employees of a Prize Provider may not redeem any prize provided by such Prize Provider. The transfer of Game Stamps (see Rule 3A) by an ineligible person to an eligible person is strictly prohibited. An In-Store Game Participant (see Rule 2B) who is under the age of thirteen (13) and has obtained a Game Stamp In-Store or without making a purchase by mail (the alternate method of entry “AMOE”) only per Rule 3B, can transfer the Game Stamp to his/her parent/legal guardian to play the Game Code (see Rule 6) or redeem a prize that can only be redeemed Online. If a Participant does not have immediate Internet access, the Participant may seek public Internet access via a local library or similar venue. Neither Sponsor nor any other person or entity shall be liable or responsible for any misplay or misredemption due in whole or in part for any play or redemption conducted at the request of, and for, a Participant.
