I think it was Broussard that was talking earlier today about how Amare' has to ice/heat his knees after every single game, and how if the Knicks don't win this year or next, they may be severely strapped for cash, and have a superstar contract w/ the superstar on the bench...

i still think they're going to make life hell for us. It's the ultimate d'antoni team. No one can play a lick of defense. A good shooting pg. Guys invented for the pick. Glad its done...they are still are a notch below the top teams in the east. I am being generous with that assessment. Steve Kerr did a good job of explaining why the Knicks might suffer more than benefit from a Amare/Melo tandem...

He believes those two together will slow down the Knicks pace considerably. Both stops the offense when they get the ball and work within the same space a lot. It is going to take a while for it to work...if it works at all...
