Which diet? Was recently on a almost no meat, egg heavy diet for awhile. Eating 10 eggs and tons of spinach almost everyday. Did that for about two months. Now Im on a daily ribeye, chicken hearts on a stick diet with greens.
I never managed to get on the juice. Dr was going to give me TRT but suggested against it cause my levels were fine and I should try tongkat ali. Some formulated version called LJ100. I dont think it does much. Maybe it does, morning wood went from the leaning tower of pisa, to im 16 again and having to push the shit down while leaning 45 degrees against the wall . Maybe if I worked out more, it may show something in that area too. Been slacking in the workout department the last 6-8 months. Its spotty at best.
