This possibly could be salvia im not 100% on that. In my experience with salvia there are two different effects. Either get all spaced out and fall into your mind for a few minuets thinking you died and the world ended, or you get all high and giddy and laugh a lot sorta like this slut is.
Either way salvia is already illegal in a handful of states including illinois, and is on a fast track to be made a schedule one drug by the idiots in washington already, don't see this video effecting it either way. Salvia sucks anyways so who cares.

miley cyrus > selena...I can say that due to the fact that i have two adolescent daughters. I've watched both these girls since they were in there early teens, and knew way back then that Miley would be the better ****. I know underage girls better than most

I doubt it's weed. The way she starts laughing uncontrollably and rambling gibberish seems more like a salvia rush to me. I did it once and I reacted similarly (except not as crazy). The stuff sucks, really.
