My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Bears

Anyone see this? It doesn't have player trades like the others, but unlike PFF or a couple others, I find that whatever they use to simulate the draft is very unpredictable, vs PFF and others which always 100% go off their big board - this feels more organic, and its really hard to "engineer" it to get all your favorite players, making it feel more authentic (Vs PFF, where post round 4, everyone going BPA all has the same guys in their mocks).

The only grudge I have on it is the trades are pretty damn lopsided againt you - Like you'll get trade offers from teams wanting to trade up, and giving you scraps, but if you flip it, you'll be shot down every time. Its rare a good trade comes across.

Anyway, here's one of mine, which included a trade down with Cleveland to pick up a pick at 118.

You should get a mock treadmill simulator.

There's also this one: NFL Mock Draft Simulator | NFL Mock Draft Database. You can select how you want trades to go: strict, relaxed or free-for-all. I've only ever tried "strict" which I would bet goes by the draft pick value chart because you can't really fool it into getting a great deal.

And there's this one: Mock Draft Machine | The Draft Network. This one doesn't have trades unless you're a premium member.

Between PFF, PFN and these two, they have quite varied rankings so the drafts will go considerably different through 7 rounds. I can't remember which one it was but I got a ridiculous haul for our first 3 picks.

You can change the randomness on the PFF simulator.

There's also a slider to change how much the simulation weighs the PFF board vs the public board.

Maybe you could simulate losing 200 lbs and having sex with a woman for the first time?

So, I decided to give this another whirl, no tweaks to the settings and only taking trades that made sense (I didn't propose any), in light of the recent Eagles-Saints trade.

And HOLY **** look who dropped - no way in hell this happens in real life, right?

Anyway, if the draft went this way, we'd all be freaking out in a good way right now:

Got a 2nd and 3rd for next year with a trade down

??‍♂️
I did something similar but kept my picks for this year. Loaded up on needs. You can move some T's inside. Weatherford could be developed into a LB and should have an immediate impact on ST. Once you're past 80 or so, it's not a bad idea to double up on needs unless you've targeted a diamond in the rough.

I am concerned with Watson's hands, but the size and speed combination is intriguing, and we could use some size at WR on this team.

I generally prefer WR's that catch the ball very well even if they lack elite athleticism. But with the Bears rebuilding I am okay with them taking a chance on WR for a guy that could be a dangerous weapon.
