I would assume as a mod, you would have been paying attention to the Bears forum this year. For the most part of the year there was a college football thread that went unchecked where people could talk college football since the proper forum for college football gets 0 views from the members. As far as cleaning up Bears forum common sense should be used at all times. I would assume mods know what threads should be allowed, and which ones should be moved or closed. Being a mod really isn't hard if common sense is being used, but don't let me tell ya how to do your job, but if you could stay away from the Hawks forum that would be great until you can figure out how to mod properly and efficenctly.

There are 0 views in the college forum because no one is pushing threads to the correct forum. That fucking thread is open yet no posts in it so far today.

CFB IGTs and CFB prospect information has always been allowed in the bears forum. Maybe consult with other mods before locking them so quickly. Maybe they can point you in the right direct.

Not a bad idea then just make a sub forum in the bears section. Then can have college football talk as well as prospect talk in that sub forum.

I do not see the problem with posters bringing up inefficient moddin going on pertaining to threads. Most get that urlock is new, and there will be growing pains, so not sure why you feel the need to flex your E muscles calling people bleeding twats and have no life.
As far as the employee tag, I would like to thank you for your tax dollars as it goes to my pension, so in a weird way that kind of makes you my employee.

Nobody hates urlock, as a community we should expect efficenct mod practices therefore have to help him get through these growing pains. It is to be expected that he will be fine a mod someday, he just is not there yet.
