Coaching
Head Coach: Matt Nagy
Bears seem to have a trend going on this time around in the coaching search and that is finding an offensive mind that can take Trubisky to the next level and who better than to hire a former QB in himself and rising star from a top coaching tree.
Offensive Coordinator: Darryl Drake
Darryl Drake was an assistant coach for the Chicago Bears from 2004-2012 until the Marc Trestman era he was most recently working with Bruce Arians until Bruce retired. I assume Matt Nagy will be calling the plays and Drake will be more a an assistant head coach to Nagy.
Defensive Coordinator: Mike Pettine
It's rumored these two come in a package together and if true makes it all the more sweeter. Pettine will bring an aggressive defense the Bears haven't seen in a long time.

DE Mitch Unrien 2 years 4 million/2 guaranteed
QB Mark Sanchez 2 years 4 million/2 guaranteed
TE Daniel Brown to 900k
Bears sign WR Paul Richardson to 4 years 40 million/21 guaranteed
Paul Richardson is a similar player to Tyreek Hill and Jeremy Maclin and fits right into the Nagy system.
Bears sign WR Albert Wilson to 4 years 14.5 million/7 guaranteed
Wilson would be smart to take a look at Chicago if he wants to increase his playing time.
Bears sign OLB Jeremiah Attaochu 2 years 12 million/5 guaranteed
Since Chargers brought in Gus Bradley and changed to a 4-3 defense he just doesn't fit in. He's 24 years old and had 6 sacks in 2015 as a pass rusher.
Bears sign TE Troy Niklas to 3 years 18 million/6 guaranteed
Replacing Dion Sims for what Dion Sims should be doing in this offense.
Bears sign OT Nate Solder to 3 years 21 million/7.5 guaranteed
Bears need an upgrade at tackle but at least in the short term we can build some competition and depth.
Bears sign ILB NaVorro Bowman to 3 years 12 million/6 guaranteed
Jerrell Freeman will be gone next season and 29 year old Bowman takes his place. He can offer a lot of wisdom down to younger players.
Bears sign QB Tyler Bray to 1 year 950k
He knows Matt Nagy's offense and can help the process along by helping Trubisky.
Bears sign K Sebastian Janikowski to 2 year 4 million
Giorgio Tavecchio is taking Janikowski spot while he is on IR for a back injury and it looks like his time with the Raiders is over.
Draft
Round One - Pick 8: Arden Key OLB
Bradley Chubb & Clelin Ferrell stock are rising but Arden Key shouldn't be overlooked. Key is one of the elite talents of this draft class but off field concerns will play a factor with Key team interview will be important.
Round Two: Parris Campbell WR
Campbell has shown that he is an explosive play maker this season but Ohio State has struggled to pass the ball this season.
Round Four: Brandon Parker OT
Hailing from North Carolina A&T where we drafted Tarik Cohen. Parker has impressed scouts this year.
Round Four: Frank Ragnow Center
Round Five: Lowell Lotulelei NT
Eddie Goldman's Backup
Round Six: Jaleel Scott WR
Jaleel Scott is a 6-foot-6, 215-pound dynamic receiver whose a nightmare for opposing teams as a deep threat.
