Been making the rounds on Twitter
Hope he recovers quickly
I had to have reconstructive ankle surgery in 2009. I do not wish that on anyone. I tore the ligament in my foot/ankle in 3 spots so I feel his pain. I just hope there wasn't anything wrong with his Achilles, no matter how minor it might be. The Achilles part of the surgery was the most painful of the whole thing and took me a solid 2 years to trust my foot again post-reconstructive surgery. So hopefully it's just the ligaments and nothing with his Achilles. The way he limped off that field, I knew it was gonna be bad. Torn ligament sounds about right.
That's when or if QB1 gets healthy enough to go.Absolutely, but silver lining is more snaps for Claypool to build a little chemistry with QB1 to close out a lost season.
What kind of miserable son of a ***** would dislike this post? @dongbearsSucks man. Good dude. Hoping he heals up and comes back better than ever.

Swell up to the size of a canteloupe? Blood pooling down in it the ankle and foot, and even the calf? Turn all these eggplant colors? Hurt so bad that you can't even put your toe down to balance yourself in the shower?I had to have reconstructive ankle surgery in 2009. I do not wish that on anyone. @dabears70 should be ashamed of letting a petty beef spill over into a post that isn't even offensive, but positiveWhat kind of miserable son of a ***** would dislike this post? @dongbears
So post surgery, I had to get helped to the bathroom. I was so drugged up that I forgot I had just had surgery. So I put my left foot down while getting ready to take a piss and oh my god, it was the single most painful experience of my life. They had given me some morphine post surgery so I didn't feel anything until I took that step.Swell up to the size of a canteloupe? Blood pooling down in it the ankle and foot, and even the calf? And even after all that, for the rest of your life it's weak and sprains easily. So post surgery, I had to get helped to the bathroom. I was so drugged up that I forgot I had just had surgery. Pre-surgery, I wasn't even able to stand on my tippy toes for more than half a second. I went 5 years between injury and when I had surgery. I had to visit 10 different doctors because they couldn't see on imaging what was wrong. My surgery was supposed to be a little over an hour and wound up being over 3 hrs. Yuck, the memories.
