The rest of the draft would presumably have adjusted. So no Loveland in the 1st likely means Poles targets one perhaps as early at his second 2nd round pick.Say if the draft went in another direction for the Bears. Then guess what, you are one injury away at TE and WR for those position groups to be absolute jokes. I’d much rather have Kmet/Loveland & Moore/Odunze/Burden then new LT, New RB, Kmet, Moore/Odunze.
Let's say Banks and Henderson are the picks, then Mason Taylor was picked at #42, one after our #41 pick. Terrance Ferguson and Elijah Arroyo went shortly after that too. If they still made the trade-down in the 2nd they still would have been able to pick Harold Fannin if they wanted to. We'll never know what would have happened though.
