They were just waiting until he was over his injury.

Someone told me Bolland was put on IR. But I can't see it anywhere.

It says it in your article. If that's the case Bolland is more serious that thought.

He was put on IR retroactive to the date of the injury, which means he could technically play on Saturday, but it sounds like he's sitting that one out.

It's on the Hawks roster page that Bolland is on IR.

I doubt he'll even go on the trip. I wouldn't be surprised if he missed more time than that and thats why Q was giving Dowell a shot on the 3rd wed.

Sucks we need Bolland, HEALTHY!

Bolland was put on IR but not as a long term injury exemption. The IR was retroactive to when he was injured last week. He was/is eligible to play tomorrow.

See those Official Mods are worth something even over here!

Thanks Biscuit!

While that may be true... it's important to keep BiB happy when he does something nice or a neat trick.

Anytime he does anything good, you need to toss him a goldfish, those are his favorite.

Does this mean we will see Cullimore scratched and Hendry playing DEFENSE, where he belongs? God, I hope so.

Thank GOD we called up a REAL forward. Give him some time with Sharp, Toews, or Kane, please Q, and don't waste him on the fourth line or on a line being centered by Dowell.

Btw, I've seen no difference in this team since Bolland went down. If anything, we are playing better defensively. Bolland does us zero good unless he's healthy. Keep him out of the lineup until he's ready to actually contribute something, and win a faceoff.

I predict Hendry will be a scratch. Q doesn't seem to want to play the guy for some reason, even though he's a much better cover for Cullimore or Boynton than either of those guys is for the other.

Yeah, he actually has speed... Why Q hates him, I don't know. He's no Matt Walker I guess.
