I feel these are the two best young coaches in Football . They are really in a lot of ways carbon copies of each other on offense. They might have different schemes but they still have the same core belief systems. They both call their own plays, both have very good young QB, both very aggressive play callers not afraid to lose by trying to win the game-they both would rather go down swinging then praying thru overtime. They both will call plays that there offense and QB are comfortable and good at. These two coaches are both good adapters to the other team they are playing- both of them can go into halftime and changes things on the fly. These two coaches are not afraid of using fourth down to get a first down. they both do stupid things but they are learning at a good pace. this is where the power struggle in the NFC is headed.
