Nope, it is about a restaurant, but MP was made and takes place in the 80's. The mystery flick was made in the 90's and takes place in the 50's.

Two brothers own a failing Italian restaurant on the Jersey shore in the 1950's. Will someone please just google that sentence and we will move on, I guess I picked a movie that no one has seen, I loved it.
