that's nice... haha! can you represent your team at meetings? you know what? they should have an option where you can talk during the meetings. It will giv you a couple options to say and you can vote and stuff.

There is a 3d program called facegen. Take a photo of your face foward and on the side and you can create a 3d face. Its a nice program for anyone to use. Experience or not.

All joking aside, 2k12 sounds fucking amazing! 15 legends playing legendary matchups; Bird, Magic, Robertson, Chamberlain, Dr. J, etc. Even if there's no season this year (which I highly doubt), I can live out my Larry Bird fantasy for the long, cold winter.

2K put themselves under huge pressure because it´s much harder to improve a game after you added Jordan, Magic, Bird, etc. Only chance is to add legends and retro teams every year.

What I mean is: Do you buy 2K13 if there are no retired players or historic teams anymore?

Should end up with 2K20 having all teams and all players who ever played in the NBA.

No, I don't have experience in 3d animation I just have the demo version of facegen. That program is atleast 5 years old so I don't see why they can't use similar programs for modern games.

I think I know why they won't though. They probably don't think future games would sell as well if you could just upload any older players photos and create them yourself.

It would be nice to be able to go back and re-create full NBA rosters from the 90's and before when the games didn't the graphics they have now. Oh well I guess.

I hope they atleast have full rosters for the retro teams this time instead of just the starters and a bunch of the same made up players to fill out the rosters.

NBA 2k12 will not include any rookies.

Unlike the NFL Lockout, where EA Sports had rights to rookies for Madden NFL 12 regardless of whether there would be a season or not, the NBA lockout will cost its league licensed video game from introducing the incoming rookies. NBA 2K12 will not include any of the rookies drafted in June – as confirmed through a blog posting at Operation Sports from a long-time member who attended a PR event for the game yesterday.

The plan would be to add the rookies through a roster update – but that could only be done once the lockout is lifted and at this point that seems unlikely to happen anytime soon. In the meantime players like #1 pick Kyrie Irving, #2 pick Derrick Williams, Kemba Walker, Jimmer Fredette and all those chosen in the 2011 NBA Draft will be absent from NBA 2K12.

It’s an unfortunate situation and presents yet another reason why the company decided to put so much of their resources into the “legends” and historic teams. Those will transcend the current NBA – which now will not just be using rosters based on the end of last year but won’t even have the rookies to look forward to.

Also the my player is gonna get even better then 2k11 which had a great my player mode.

Because EA owns FIBA rights (but they may of expired due to them not making a game. Normaly they have outs if the company doesnt make a game for a certain amount of years. still i haven't seen this confirmed.
