GS/OKC was the only series worth watching. A great series and probably one of the more exciting series in recent memory. Aside from that, its been a snooze fest. I'm more open than ever to just have the top 12 teams in the post season, regardless of conference. It would certainly make for a better product. Who gives a shit about the EC or WC champion? It's a virtually meaningless award, if you could even call it that. Get the best teams competing in the best and most lucrative time of year. I'm tired of watching Cleveland or Miami roll through the Pistons, Hawks, Raptors, and Bulls of the world. Those are all pretender teams. There should be no pretenders in the playoffs. Create a truly special product. No "fluff" or "filler" series.

Even so with okc and GSW, games 2, 3, 4, 5 were all blowouts.

Yeah, but overall, the series was filled with thrills and drama. It was very unusual to have such highly contested games from both sides, and blowouts from both sides.

How do you beat a team by 30 then lose by 30 the next game? Doesn't make sense. 10 points, maybe 15, but 30? What's going on these playoffs?

Honestly not sure. It seems to be an anomoly. Just not a fun postseason. It happens.

Theres not enough elite talent for that to happen

Sure, not every team in the playoffs will be true contenders, but if it would prevent .500 or slightly better teams from competing for the ultimate prize, it would really balance things out. The less series where you go "Jesus, this is literally no competition" the better.

I do agree. Im just not sure how you solve it without making a whole bunch of teams a lot worse by eliminating the salary cap

Lebron fans are so quick to blame anyone but Lebron for anything. In Miami they wanted Spoelstra fired and Bosh traded when they underperformed. Now the team is better off without Love? Lol. Bosh and Love are guys who can give you 25 and 15 on a regular basis, maybe it's coach Lebron's fault for not knowing how to use them properly.

I think the energy and defense is vastly better with Love out of the lineup and he's not consistent enough or dominant enough on offense to make up for it. At least not when he has other capable and efficient scorers around him. He just doesn't fit with Kyrie and Bron.

i hope Bron goes into great detail on how his fouls on Draymond and Curry were not "basketball plays"

its only right after all the times he cried about physical play

I'm not sure if this was a better #called it then when I said San Fran was going to beat the Bears.
