Its hard to beat the heat when lebron and wade both go for thirty..and bosh chips in 20-10+.....

Lebron seemed quite a bit more aggressive yesterday. Less wing isos, more inside shots.

I think Pop made a huge mistake by playing PFs on Wade and not on Miller or Battier. I understand his thinking, but it was a horrible idea. I first guess this as soon as the game started too. Hopefully he makes the proper adjustments for game 5.

You have to give the Heat the advantage right now. They have home court advantage again and Ginobili has been trash.
I assume you're talking about Diaw guarding Wade? I'm not as convinced that it was a HORRIBLE idea per se, but probably more of Wade just flat out being dominant. If Wade happened to miss a few shots then someone would probably say it was a fantastic idea. I also don't recall if that was the set matchup or if that happened on a switch after a pick.

:yep:

Everything that wasn't falling for both Lebron and Wade all series was going in last night. Confidence is a big factor. They made shots early and kept making shots. The thing for San Antonio was that they turned the ball over a lot and actually gave up a lot of transition baskets. That, and Manu has been so ridiculously awful that it's almost better not having him on the court. Defensively, they stuck to the same scheme that they've been using...it just didn't work this time because Lebron and Wade made everything they looked at.

No need to panic. A LOT went Miami's way. Parker was a no show in the 2nd half, Tiago got blocked by everyone, Manu was....well there is no word to describe just how bad he was, they turned the ball over a lot, dwade of 06 showed, lebron actually showed up, bosh showed up, ray allen had a huge night....all of that and they only won by 11. Thing is had Tony Parker not no showed in the 2nd half the Spurs probably win. Spurs by 8 in game 5.

Miami won by 16

Tony Parker said today that his hamstring could tear at any moment... so despite the great first half, clearly it's bothering him a little.

If Miami is on their game, SA can't and won't beat them. SA literally has to be on fire and very careful with the ball in order to win.

game 5 is huge

if spurs win i think it goes to 7 (with heat winning)

if miami wins they'll close it in 6 (which is my prediction from the start)

Idk why I thought it was 11. Still when there big 3(really just 2) are all playing together they rarely, like the heat, lose back to back. I really don't think Wade will be that good again.

Hope Manu can keep this up. Also digging the free point that he got on that 3 with his foot on the line. Thanks refs.

Knew Wade wouldn't look as good. I'm kind of surprised though that Manu has looked so good after strings of shitty performances. I stand by my prediction before the series started that the Spurs take game 5.

Really hoping that the Spurs can keep this up. Tony Parker is just owning Chalmers/Cole right now.

It was more on cole. I think he had 0 points while Chalmers was out there.

Wade is starting to pick it up and put the "best player ever" once again in his backpack.
