My son read the news and responded with an "Ugh!". I am not too familiar with a lot of NBA players, including Caruso.

But reaction seems to be positive for the Bulls getting a very good defender, and he shot over 40%, though I assume limited attempts playing with Lebron and AD.

Ayo won't be seeing much floor time, will he?

Ayo would probably be playing the 2 next to Caruso on the 2nd team. Coby is the odd man out here.

Idk, I think it's the opposite. Think Coby would be the 2 on the 2nd team. Ayo probably 5th on that depth chart, IMO.

You need to look at his highlights.

A 40% three point shooter cannot be called "no offense". He is also a good passer.

He’s averaging 5.9 points and 2.9 assists per game for his career. And he’s barely averaging a three per game……

They need offense off the bench with that second unit. Don’t think they want to rely on Caruso and ayo. Again, I’m not high on Ayo either. Hope I’m wrong.

I'm not suggesting that he's going to light up the stat sheets when it comes to points. I'm only suggesting that in Los Angeles his role wasn't to put up a high number of shots.

That was my original point though. He’s not known for offense. It’s pretty much 95% defense. Which is fine. There’s value there for that. Especially in the role he will play.
