If the whole season is lost, the players can try making their own league like this goodman and drew league type of shit... but it won't work. They won't make enough money and not nearly enough people would wanna watch it.

well, i like the talk, some of the players have the resources to start their own league. Did they barely think of this idea?

I root for the Indiana Pacers not because Danny Granger is on the team but because they are my hometown team that I love. The Players would fail terribly the NBA is a brand name like Coke. I see no way that would work. This is all talk anyway.

problem is this new league would probably make alot less than what they put into it

Thiss could really happen and I'm sure there are plenty of arenas around the country that would profit by such games.....Who knows, there reaally could be another Jackie Moon stlye ABA league.

The players would have to think that they wouldn't even get 20% of the earnings before they would even seriously consider creating an alternate league.
