ya passing is alot harder in this game than in previous games..the DBs are also a little unrealistically good at covering
it seems half of the time they nearly pick off a QB
This picture sums up the problem with the AI pass defense - especially on Heisman gameplay.
In this game I'm playing as Notre Dame, vs. USF. Look at the USF corner in the upper left of this picture.
The ball is not even out of Crist's hand, yet the cornerback is already breaking toward the tight end in the middle of the field - the guy I'm throwing to. As soon as you press the button on your controller, the AI defense automatically converges on that player - even thought they should have no idea. In that picture, why in the hell would that cornerback leave his man to break toward the middle of the field. That should have been a 40 or 50 yard gain for me, but, of course, that corner ended up breaking up the pass.
The AI has psychic defense on Heisman. It's not as bad on All-American.
