Damn. Shes a psychologist? If thats the case, you may want to seriously go into older music. If your goal is to show in a song what your trying to say, then imo, seriously look further in years as the lyrics are solid vs most of todays. You dont want a song thats talking about banging a chick and some ignorant shit like that. Try looking at something like Chicago or Phil Collins.

Dont know what you got... but, depending on your situation, some may strike a cord. 1. Believe- Staind. 2. Broken- Lifehouse. 4.Fall For You- Secondhand Seranade. 5. Keep You Much Longer- Akon. 6. Love Remains The Same- Gavin Rossdale. 7. The Man That Cant Be Moved- The Script. Thats a decent start imo, though todays music doesnt strike as hard as older songs. Or theres also some very good country songs too, like; Shes My Kind Of Rain- Tim McGraw. Out of room to write, but theres a song for any situation.

Thanks a lot for the time and effort.. I will look into all of those songs later tonight!

Yah... well she is 31 and isn't into older music. I would if I could, since I mostly listen to metal/class rock!

Shit.. Im 32 bro lol. But remember, even if its outside the normal genre that she perfers, more often than not a person can find a song that they'll like that they wouldnt have expected. Glory Of Love by Chicago for example would or should evoke an emotion. Not only that concept, the fact you went outside of your norm and put effort should show to her the effort and give bonus points :)

Oh, and if anyone mentions Lips Of An Angel by Hinder, you need to drag them behind a shed and beat them to fucking death.

He wants her back... not gone :shifty: :smug2:

But Code has a very soft and feminine voice. Great for love songs.

Code's last song should have made it on the charts, but those lousy record labels crushed that motive fast.

Lemme see if I can find the clip. The name of the song is: CODE_BLUE - Hey *****, Get on Yo Knees

That song is about a dude talking to his ex while his current GF is in the other room. Not exactly what he's trying to portray.

FWIW, Air Supply has a bunch of songs that might work.
