If the room owner allows posters to post those flashing GIF's and one of em sets Despro off into a full blown epilepsy attack, the room owner and the poster could be liable for damages...Despbro told us all that they affect him, and the mods told us not to post em..

We were all warned. If someone intentionally posts one to mess with Despbro's health, not only is that mean and over the line IMO, it could wind up in a courtroom

This isn't just a matter of annoying someone, so we can have a laugh. It could have a serious health effect on the guy.

I like everyone involved and I don't want to seem like I'm taking sides.. But when someones health may be affected, it's time to man up

Considering he has the ability to actively avoid the posts by ignoring said posters or turning off images, I highly doubt that. But, I avoid posting these images just in case. I don't want to hurt anybody.

I mainly read the bears forum, where I see desperado spam the board with nonsense everyday! It seams to me, as though the dedicated posters are being scrunitinized for clowning a fool. Maybe you could do something about that also because the bears board is hard to read with all of the nonsense that is caused on the board by him.

I don't report people who post something in subject of convo. But when you losers due things intentionally for your own laughter I find it in bad taste and just wrong. In truth, It makes me wonder what kinda guy you are off the board? Probably not the best at socializing and having an active lifestyle of yours is making fun of another on a message board.
