Jeld-Wen is a company out of California that is known for it's great quality. Being in Ca they don't manufacture triple pane.......hence my question. All my houses in Illinois were triple pane

Double is usually done here. Not sure I've seen triple ever.

Just did my floors in tile... guy was fantastic.

I have gas filled windows in AZ... only downside is one has a leak so it gets blurry from condensation on the interior. One out of a couple dozen in 11 years which I guess is good. That's all I got in the window department... Best of luck though... pricey project I'm sure.

Argon windows are an added expense for sure... not sure where you're at but gas seems good here.
Especially if combined with tint.. I know, tinting your home sounds weird.
