When watching them play North rivals, I know i have wished death, rape, misfortune on all players individually.....Especially Clay Matthews.......but I am a horrible person lol.

I love every team in the division, but please don't tell anyone. We all have a lot we can relate to.

Viking had the best draft I thought in the NFC....especially if TJ Clemmings foot issue turns out to be nothing...

Sadly, I tend to agree with this.

I'm not crazy about Trae Waynes, and didn't mind that they drafted him. But they got a lot of exciting players in this draft, that could turn out very, very well for them. Especially the Kendricks-pick in the 2nd is a HUGE get for them.

What's this stuff about looking to 2016 for a QB? What QB outside of Connor Cook is better than Grayson, Mannion and Petty---the guys the Bears decided they didn't want?

Also, the Eddie Goldman pick was a B, but the RB pick was a B+? Lol. I think the Goldman pick was the best we could've hoped for at 39.

The problem with next year is the top 3 qb's are gonna go in the top 10 for sure. No other qb is worth a crap in round 1. This means if we go 7-9 we would have to trade up to get one of them.

One under rated thing about Grasu is that he made ALL the audible and line calls at Oregon and often had to in less than 7 seconds.

He made all the adjustments, easetially playing the QB role.

What is something Jay struggles with? Pre snap adjustments and switching protections.

From Rotoworld (http://www.rotoworld.com/articles/nfl/53887/174/draft-2015-nfc-draft-grades):

Chicago Bears

7. West Virginia WR Kevin White
39. Florida State NT Eddie Goldman
71. Oregon C Hroniss Grasu
106. Michigan State RB Jeremy Langford
142. Penn State S Adrian Amos
183. TCU OG Tayo Fabuluje

Overview: The Bears' roster is reeling so much from the failed Phil Emery era that they just needed to prioritize adding good football players. Rookie GM Ryan Pace entered Thursday with too many needs to worry about drafting positions. He needs contributors. And I think he came away with a lot of them. White is a monster on the perimeter who can win over the top and turn short catches into long gains. Goldman lacks flash, but is willing to do the dirty work inside and will bolster Chicago's mediocre run defense. I think Grasu provided excellent value in round three and believe he will be a long-term fixture at center. Langford lacks starting-caliber running ability, but should be a useful NFL role player, particularly in the passing game. Amos is exceptionally versatile and could be a starting safety in time. Fabuluje is a dart throw with some upside. Did the Bears fail to address a number of needs? Yes. But I never expected them to solve all of their problems with only six picks. This was a rock-solid first draft for Pace.

Grade: B

Agree Vikes look like they had a very good draft, but in general, draft grades are utter bullshit.

All these fucks are doing is measuring where guys were taken against THEIR OWN pre-draft projections. Its like grading someone's speculations according to how well they align with your own speculations. While you have less information than they do.

All they are doing is awarding professional NFL talent evaluators for agreeing with non-professional talent evaluators that have a fraction of the data.

You want great draft grades? All you have to do is look up the writer's prospect rankings and take his highest rated players as late as possible... and boom! A+ grade.

The whole thing with draft grading is that it presumes the writer knows better than the front office NFL personnel that made the picks. Which sometimes is probably warranted but more often is fucktarded as ****.

I think Garza called all of the protections

not even being a homer, I honestly didn't like the Packers draft either. One of my best friends is a huge packers fan and even he didn't like it. They need pretty big D-Line/LB help and instead took 2 DBs and a WR with the first 3 picks. Then a QB in the 5th. Although they did lose 2 corners in FA. I'm not gonna bash them because it's way too early to tell anything, but I was surprised by the way they drafted.

Their DL depth is fine for this year IMO. They'll definitely need to address it next year though. It's the ILB situation that's still the main question mark with that defense...again. No clue what that group will do though it sounds like they'll continue to use Clay inside and then shift him back outside on obvious passing downs. They did well to replenish their secondary and the WR they took in RD3 should pay immediate dividends in the return game which was atrocious for GB last year. Ideally they would have gotten an ILB with one of their first 2 picks to go along with the one they took in RD4.

I thought the VIkes did really well, unfortunately. Zimmer has built up that Minny defense which is looking pretty damn good on paper. Their offense still needs some playmakers but Peterson back should help the fact that their WR/TE's aren't exactly great. I think they have a chance to be a playoff team this season

Bears did good as well, especially getting Goldman/Amos

Grades don't come out until 2-3 years later to see what any of these guys turn into

so now a center is gonna make Jay better?

That's every year. Any QB that is seen as a starting QB in the NFL will be a top 5-7 pick in that draft. So if you want one and you're not already drafting in that top 5-7 then you better be ready to trade your 1st,2nd and 3rd pick in that draft and your 1st round picks in the next two drafts.

GB had a great draft. Their 3rd round pick, Montgomery, is the best returner in the draft and the guy will be a stud out out of the slot or as a 3rd down back. THe kid is chiseled at 6' and 210# and has excellent speed. Stanford had qb problems last year otherwise, Montgomery would maybe have been a first or for sure 2nd round pick.

They also picked up the best cover safety in the draft and a good corner with their first two picks. It was a great draft for the hated people from the North.

4-12 will get one of them which is about what they'll be next year:(

Well my point is to get a top qb in this draft we'll have to suffer through a garbage season again or pull another Cutler type trade or worse. Neither is a good thing.

Jared Goff and Cardale Jones are both head and shoulders above those prospects listed. Some are also high on Hackenberg. So at least 3-4 legit prospects for next year including Cook that the Bears could have their eye on.
