My favorite teams
 this thread.
We got Theo :tiptoe:I love my cubs but I don't see a very good season coming up.......... it looks rather pathetic to be honest. ugh.........
for Soto being "a beast" CO he is rated pretty poor and for good reason
I never said he was going to be great going forward. My only point ever was that he was the best offensive catcher in 2009. Which he was.

He wasn't in either year.
Wrong again clown prince!
Rice is correct. 2010. He most certainly was. Major League Leaderboards
Yeah for subjective flawed stats making the argument!
Yay for small sample sizes. :cubs:Rice is correct. 2010. He most certainly was. Major League Leaderboards

BR WAR says Joe Mauer was a better offensive catcher and WAR is the BEST stat to use when evaluating a player overall!
Remember?
Doh.If you use any larger of a sample size, you're going into other years. This is for 2010. So you can only use data from 2010. Duh.
I'm arguing that he was better on offense.
Doh.
Soto's played fewer games than many others on the list. Don't you think that the 32 fewer games Soto played compared to Mauer or McCann could have constituted a slump?
