Tenders/Non-Tenders

Baker, DeWitt, Wells might be "iffy"s...

Hill has to be non-tendered or else someone's not doing their homework.

Soto, Garza and Stewart likely get arb offers although it's possible the Cubs non-tender Stewart and then sign him to a league-min contract, or low-ball him somehow in arb. At least that's what I would do.

Wells will be tender, no doubt. Hill shouldn't and DeWitt has a good chance of not being offer a contract.
