Which people posted that? There is zero credibility at this point about him and character concerns. Much like that bs Orlovsky said about Fields.I’ve seen people who post that they went to HS or college with him and that he’s trouble.
NFL teams are usually pretty good at asking around and getting that information. I’m sure most of it is B.S. That being said, I remember reading about how much of a drunk Rex Grossman was and that didn’t stop the Bears from drafting him.
Orton was also a better QB. Coincidence? I think notKyle Orton was a known as more of drunk that Grossman, right?
there was a few plays this season where Fields had an option short but held the ball just a little longer trying to wait for that deeper route to get open
thats where he needs to find the happy medium
Carter really enjoys talking trash. Does that concern you? He seems too competitive at times.

In a program like UGA (and many others), info like this that is credible is pretty known to people close to that program. I’m not anyone special, but I follow UGA closely and nothing like that had been said about Carter.
I’d be interested to know whether the posters you mentioned ever stepped foot in Athens. I’d say probably not.
Dislike the player, but it’s bs when these rumors get invented, except when it means Fields slips to the Bears!! We can let that slide lol.
I agree and have been saying this for years. RB's take the most punishment running into and through these 300 pound linemen and right into LB's and yet as soon as they get to that 30 year old mark their careers are done but get paid so little for their time in the league. It’s kinda strange, but I think I’m terms of fairness, I think that the franchise values should eventually be a little more high level instead of explicitly position specific.
RBs get screwed in the NFL at all levels lol.
Seems like offensive “skill players” should all have the same tag value. Like a Rn could put up 1000 yards rushing and 1000 receiving and cost less to tag than a WR. Crazy.
Maybe TE, RB, WR should all have the same tag value?
It’s not complicated at all. Never said it was. It’s common sense. That’s why I put zero stock in that report re: Carter’s character, just like I put zero stock in that report about Fields, except with Carter I’m much more confident in the falsity of that rumor than I was with Fields, since I’m not as familiar with OSU, though Fields did start out at UGA before transferring.Eh who cares. These guys interact with hundreds if not thousands of people over the course of their college career. So it is not surprising that some of those people may end up saying something negative about them. So no I doubt anyone is making shit up. The more pertinent question is whether a given report is coming from multiple people and multiple sources or whether it is just an isolated instance. If the latter then you put less stock in it. Not that complicated.
i definitely think he can but its more of a mentality thing than anything. pick your shots, basically but dont live on ittrue
but that is different than the claim that he can't run a short pass game cause he is too slow processing
No that right there is a Dooogggg!!I thought that was called a "high motor"?
hmmm
