I like to think that Ballard's start with the Bears organization is at least partially what has enabled him as a GM to truly **** up the QB position with the Colts.

I see a Josh Rosen, Kyler Murray scenario upcoming. Draft Levis at 4, he will lead NFL in ints while securing the No 1 pick. Then draft Caleb and trade Levis to a dumb team for a 2nd or 3rd rounder.
