I wasn't totally enamored with Dre'Mont Jones but that was essentially the one guy this free agent period who was capable of rushing the passer impactfully. There are basically no options if he signs in Cleveland.
Isn't Nardflo a free agent?

Yannick Ngakoue begs to differ

I've watched enough NFL football (thrity years or so) to know that it isn't uncommon for lower round picks to need a couple years to get that anchor solid. I've seen it where the team played the player throughout that time, seen it where they benched him for a couple years, etc.

In the cases where a player has a weak anchor but potential, it takes the full 2 years to get there, because it isn't just eating more and hitting the gym - there's a science to it and they effectively remake the bodies of these guys, and it takes the full 2 in most cases because the transformation is that radical.

In the cases where the player is left out there during this time, the first year after a full NFL offseason tends to be an improvement but also inconsistent. Its very up and down. ***** about it all you want, but you are only shooting the messenger.
Can you provide some concrete examples of players (over your 30 years of experience) regarding the science to eating more and doing more squats has led to better anchordonks?

I don't know much about Jones but from what Bronco fans say he's not worth the contract but is a decent DL.
I've had him as my top get for 3T for a while even over D.Payne.

Are you kidding? The fans LOVE it. All of Green Bay... the WHOLE WORLD is focused on Aaron Rodgers, as they should be, right now! This is everything that football is all about!!! Will he or won't he? Just STAYED TUNED! When the peyote wears off, it wears off bro. You can’t rush perfection…Have you not seen those TD to INT rates the last decade. Aaron is in a good place no matter what happens brah. He is one with the earth, he wants to go to new york, but doesn’t care for the fake turf. It’s not certified organic and might be a carcinogen actually.

I have a nasty feeling that they may go back to Larry O who wasn't good last year in Pitt.

He’ll be 31 next season. Thank goodness Poles wasn’t l trading for a receiver on the wrong side of 30 that had a bigger cap hit. That would be a Ryan Pace move.
