So you don't think your young, athletically gifted but raw left tackle won't improve the play level from his rookie season to his sophomore one?
Yes, I do. I do believe he will improve and I like him as a prospect. I have said so many times.
But anyone who doesn't think we need better than "allowing the most pressures on a line that allowed the most sacks on a team that threw the least" is delusional.
He could be RT. Or swing. I don't at all hate the idea of him staying at LT because I do think he will improve. But how quickly? And how much?
Basically, he makes LT not the most urgent position we need to upgrade, but that doesn't mean it's satisfactory.
