Yeah, cause the way you carry on a 2 decade long dynasty is by being bad at the draft. It's as if brains is a virus and you dumbasses avoid it like the plague.

Speaking of dumbasses the plague was caused by a bacterium not a virus so the above just sounds stupid as ****. Stop using words you dont understand.

You cant read. I said his draft picks in the first 3 rounds have sucked but he has drafted better in the later rounds.

Can you read at a 5th grade level?
He’s drafted at least three Hall of Famers in the first three rounds. But again I’ll ask this, who has done better?

Do you guys think Brady/BB/Pats dominate that division like they did if the Bills, Phins and Jets are the teams they are now and not how horribly bad they were when Brady/BB/Pats were dominating that division??
Nearly certain. The Patriots were a juggernaut.

Roquan probably still too fat to run in OTAs from chuggy Andre champagne off of plastic titties while crashing his car.
It's not a thing until they crash a Lambo on the Edens #RIPBriggs

Sony Michel was awful and even Bill decided he didn't really want him early in his rookie contract
He definitely wasn’t awful in that playoff run. I’d have died and gone to heaven if the Bears would spend thirty-first overall in a running back who racked up six touchdowns and over three hundred rushing yards in one postseason en route to a title win. Even if that guy never did another thing in a Bears uniform before or after.

this fucking guy... someone tell him it's OTAs. Just a fucking walk thru for balance and conditioning, sprints etc, getting the guys together for the first time.
Some serious over reaction.

OTAs are more than a walk through. Coaches use em to check conditioning and as a barometer of where they are as a team

If things are clicking right away, that is meaningful.

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Central Florida Knights
  2. TCU Horned Frogs

Some snippets:

“All rookies are extension eligible after their third season, while teams can exercise fifth-year options on first-round draft picks (Fields was chosen 11th overall by Chicago in 2021) ahead of a player's fourth season.

Fields' future hinges on how successful he is this fall. That's not lost on the 24-year-old quarterback, who says his future earnings are currently the furthest thing from his mind.

"I'm not worried about contracts, I'm worried about wins," Fields said. "I could care less."

And…

“Following the Bears' second OTA practice on Tuesday, the quarterback addressed the multitude of moves made by the Chicago front office since March. Fields expressed excitement over the addition of Moore, who was traded to Chicago by Carolina in a package of draft picks in exchange for the No. 1 overall pick.

"DJ brings great talent to this team -- just his personality, it fits in well with everybody really from the first day he got here," Fields said. "He's a hard worker, a great player. His personality, I think just the way he acts around the guys, he just fits in really well with our team. Definitely excited about that."

One more…

"It's truly amazing when you have that feeling going in, knowing where your guys are going to be, more comfortable with the footwork stuff," Fields said.

That's something offensive coordinator Luke Getsy noticed from the QB as well, recently claiming that Fields is "light years ahead of where he was" at this point last year.

Those who are getting to witness Fields' command of the offense for the first time -- even players on defense -- have been impressed by the quarterback's leadership on and off the field.

"Tremendous athlete," linebacker Tremaine Edmunds said. "Obviously he's a lot bigger than I thought he was. Obviously, I played against him last year, but seeing him every day, hard worker, leader. You can see that he makes guys around him better. He leads from the front. His work obviously speaks for itself. Just seeing him go out there every day and grow, develop, spreading the ball around, just his thinking. I'm seeing it firsthand and I'm excited. They got a lot of good things going on the offensive side. With his leadership and ... obviously his playmaking abilities, it's something to be excited about for sure."

We just discussed this already. The link was looking at drafts since 2012. How many HoFers has he drafted since then?

I am not disputing he had good drafts up to 2011. I am saying his draft picks in the 1st three rounds since 2012 have been poor.

Chandler Jones is going to the Hall of Fame. Dont'a Hightower was a pretty great pick that year as well.

Oh no! He drafted N'Keal Harry with the thirty-second overall pick that one time! What a bum! Give me a fucking break. This dude has found better players in UDFA (Malcolm Butler, David Andrews, Ryan Wendell) than the Bears have found in the first round. Unitl 2020 he barely even had first round picks to pick players with, and when he did have them there were twenty-ninth, thirty-first and thirty-second twice.
