Why not just always start the offense off on the 20/25 yard line? And we could just say that a "punt" play is automatically 40 yards with a minimum field position of your own 10. That'd be a good way to get some more football out of the game of football.

If you’re Arizona, what do you do if you get #1 pick pick? If Caleb shows that he is a potential HOF QB even though kyler just got paid, would they draft caleb?

They'd absolutely take Williams and move on from kyler. They probably won't end up #1 though. Houston might be the 2nd best team in their division

With a new GM and HC who did not pick Murray, I think they would.
