You cant read. I said his draft picks in the first 3 rounds have sucked but he has drafted better in the later rounds.

Bellichek has largely sucked drafting in the first 3 rounds. Looking at that ESPN link Jones, Collins and Harris are the only real hits in rounds 1-3 so 30% of his best picks come from the early rounds. By contrast 100% of his worst picks are from the first 3 rounds ie 10 outta 10.

So that is why it appears he sucks drafting. He blows a lot of 1st-3rd round picks on trash players but has done a good job of drating in later rounds.
