Maybe I saw it too fast, but it looked to me like he had good position as underneath coverage and just couldn't elevate enough. I put that on a good pass by Minshew to put the DB in a really tough position.

That touchdown pass is even funnier on the replay than it was live. Dude had no one within 10 yards of him throwing the pass.
