Trying to look on the bright side if Quinn is hired today he has a head start in assembling his staff. I guess he has a staff ready to go anyways but you never know. A strong staff is obviously extremely important.

I would love to hear who his potential staff would be that's "wowed" people on interviews.

quinn for the staffs hes been able to put together

It tricky, because a great football team is good on both sides of the ball. Caldwell has had good passing offenses, but bad rushing offenses. Not sure about his defenses. I imagine in DET they were terrible.

I'd argue that they didn't have alot of talent on defense. That and he probably spread himself too thin being the HC

Had fantastic defenses in Seattle as the DC, average to bad defenses in Atlanta as the HC, and fantastic defense in Dallas as the DC

He either had no talent in Atlanta or maybe the person he let run the defense wasn't that good. His stint in Dallas and Seattle show that his defense works if he has the talent.

I kind of feel like if it was going to be Quinn it would be announced today. I think if it goes to tomorrow Caldwell becomes the front runner unless we hear about new interviews.
