The temperature versus the ocean breeze coming in is big difference which isn’t shown in the forecast. Every time visiting the beach the breeze is what gets you. Ya for California 58 is cold... but adding that breeze from the cold just adds to it for them. San Francisco Bay has always been cold as hell regardless of temp
