The 15 yarder gets enforced. Everything else offsets.

yes every QB has to develop he was a 6th round QB and the Bears have had no WR forever and NO OC forever.. they would of pulled the plug on him right away.. He was kind of a game manager his rookie year as well

On her there are many that dont understand not all QBs develop at the same speed and that one that might look better the first few yrs doesnt mean another wont catch up and possibly pass that QB
