This is the type of game where if we don't win by 20+, even with our backup QB, fans will be livid....its finally a good time to be a Bears fan!

Evan Engram (hamstring) is ruled out for Giants vs. Bears...that's pretty huge. He's a very good TE.

One thing that does stand out to me though is that 6 out of the 8 losses for the Giants have been by one score or less. They can keep the game close, but it seems they are QB away from finishing the game.

How?
I don't get why people think its so weird how the Bears are handling Trubs.
Its not strange that they did not announce the details or his injury or when they expect him back. That is normal.
Maybe people think Bears are being overly cautious, but that is not weird. Maybe they just don't want Trubs going in without any practice. Maybe Danial showed enough this week in practice that they felt ok. Maybe Trubs is fine throwing for 3 min in warmups but doctors are advising against a 30 throws in a live game.
How is any of this so weird? Is it because the FO has not telegraphed everything they planned to do?

For one it was said he was throwing today and looked fantastic. Also he wasn't being monitored at all, like no one is concerned abut his shoulder.

He likely wasn’t being monitored because the decision was already made to sit him. Probably made that decision quite awhile ago actually.
