doesn't bother me. I'm caught up. Rush just told me to put all my shit in spoiler tags last week but looks like we don't have to worry about it any more.

One of the best seasons for any TV show ever..... Gonna miss it until next year.

If season 6 can somehow top season 5, this show will go down as the greatest in the history of television. Bar none.

There is no season 6. AMC is just doing a very odd thing and splitting the back half of season 5 between this summer and next summer. USA does something like that w/ split seasons, but it's summer/winter or summer/fall not summer/summer.

The ending didn't surprise me, but Hank's face was priceless. It was only a matter of time until Hank found out.

That's what I meant. I just call it season 6. I'd count it as two separate things though when I'm trying to rate them.

I thought this season was pretty bad (at least by Braking Bad standards), but last night's episode was really good.

Hey look...CCS does have a BB thread...neat.

Some years back now...I'm thinking the only way I was going to ever be able to watch good television again was to pay up for HBO and Showtime.

Then AMC dropped into the game. I liked 'Mad Men'...even if it is really just another soap opera...it was intelligently done and the best scripted soap opera since Dallas went off the air.

(and don't get me started on the redhead)

Breaking Bad caught my attention thanks to my previous love of a Fox sitcom, "Malcom in the Middle". I remember thinking how hard it was going to be as I would always think of Cranston as that very goofy man. It only took one season to not only completely engage me, but as I so happen to catch a re-run of Malcom in the Middle...all I could think of was Walter White.

Seriously might be one of the best television series of all time, IMO. As much as I will miss having it around...it was far too destructive of a story to go on any longer.

The story of many selfish people and where their selfish choices ultimately lead them has produced this story arc that Dante would find breathtaking.

Great beginning of the end episode tonight...looking forward to see where the remaining characters end up.

Breaking bad has nothing on the sopranos but I love it. Walt's last line to Hank tonight was excellent, best thing from the show since walt

ran over the drug dealers

Once again, though, sopranos' relative subtlety and nuance ( and cable freedom I guess) puts it an order of magnitude above breaking bad, because it is the best tv show ever made.

I've been enjoying strike back on cinemax lately. Very clever and subtle satire courtesy of the UK but plenty of people will just chalk it up to a wannabe '24' (which I never watched but heard about)

Damn, man... It seems like throughout half of all the shows, Jesse has been depressed and shit. You would think that after everything he has seen and been through, he would have learned how to just let things go and move on.

I liked the show though.... But judging by the opening scene [and the opening scene to season 5], I think we know how it's going to play out between Hank and Walt...

Also, does anyone think that Walt beats his cancer?

I mean.... the scene where he comes back to his abandoned home [after being in the NE] seems like it was months after that encounter with Hank... and he has all of his hair, meaning he's not on chemo anymore.

I'm thinking maybe Hank decides not to do anything until he [along with everyone else] finds out Walt's cancer is gone... then Walt flees

DO NOT CLICK ON THE SPOILER WARNING IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE ENDING RUINED.
Turns out Walt goes into witness protection. He gets sent to Tri-County Area where he changes his name to Hal. He falls in love with a woman named Lois and they have 5 boys.
